In accordance with Arts. 12 and 13 of Regulation (EU) n. 2016/679 (hereinafter only GDPR) and the applicable Italian rules (Legislative Decree 196/03 as amended by Italian Legislative Decree 101/18), the Data Controller will process data supplied by you by filling out the Form only for the purpose of their management, retrieval, recording, organisation, use, storage, database/mailing list creation, for the communication of future initiatives and technical information through soft spam activities and for their processing throughout the EU and in third countries (countries falling within the cases regulated by Arts. 45 and 46 GDPR). Data processing will include destroying or amending processed data at the data subject’s request.
Since the content of the types of communication cannot be distinguished (technical or training information / information designed for marketing purposes), the body of the newsletter includes also soft marketing designed to give you promotional and commercial information, which is an integral part of the content of messages and is thus viewed as a single body of the message itself.
The legal basis of data processing is contractual and the supply of data is optional though essential to enable the Data Controller to fulfil its contractual obligation. You may unsubscribe from the free newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer of every newsletter sent by the Data Controller. Data will be processed by Authorised persons and by Processors appointed with a formal document under Art. 28 GDPR, such as: the company Hexagon SNC which carries out activities related to maintenance of the technological part of the site and to third party companies that assist the Data Controller in the correct operation and sending of the newsletter. Data are processed both on paper and using IT tools. Data are stored for 10 years. Data will be processed in paper form and/or electronically. The Data Controller does not make use in any way of automated decision-making processes regarding your personal data, neither does it profile your data.
The Data Controller implements appropriate security measures as laid down in Art 32 GDPR to prevent any loss of data, unlawful or improper use and unauthorised access to data. Your data will be processed in the EU and in third countries in accordance with and subject to the limitations laid down in Chapter 5 GDPR. The Data Controller does not make use in any way of automated decision-making processes regarding your personal data, neither does it profile your data.
The Data Controller informs you that you have the rights of access listed under art. 15 of EU Reg. and are also entitled to:
1) ask the Data Controller to permit you to access your personal data and correct or delete the data, or request limitation of data processing;
2) object to data processing;
3) the right to data portability;
4) revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of data processing on the basis of consent given prior to revocation, if processing is based on article 6, paragraph 1, letter a), or article 9, paragraph 2, letter a);
5) make a complaint to a controlling authority;
To exercise the rights listed above or for further information on the processing of your personal data or for communications on privacy issues, please send an email to email@example.com, indicating “exercise of rights” as its subject and specifying in your message the right you wish to exercise. Our DPO will provide an answer within the term indicated in Art 12 GDPR.
The Data Controller also notifies you that if they should intend to further process your personal data for a purpose other than that for which the data was collected, the data subject will be provided in advance with information on this different purpose and all other pertinent information, as stated in paragraph 2, requesting your specific consent.
